Marta Zareba

Managing Partner and Head of Europe

has an impressive management consulting track record with McKinsey & Company in Europe, where in 2006-2012 she advised leading corporations in telecommunications, consumer and industrial goods, and financial services; and top private equity firms on strategy, M&A and marketing and sales topics. Prior to her work at McKinsey, Marta founded and managed a B2B services company for 3 years, which she then successfully sold to a strategic investor. She also worked for The Grameen Creative Lab, a social business think-tank established by Professor Yunus, a Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Lodz, Poland, and an MBA from INSEAD, completed in France and Singapore.
