Afua Akuffo is a Project Manager in the Energy & Utilities Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Berlin. She has a Master of Engineering in Energy and Environmental Management from the University of Flensburg in Germany and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Ghana. Afua is a trained Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) expert and focused her Master Thesis on the topic. She previously worked for GECAD Ghana Ltd as a Technical Sales Engineer and Project Coordinator during the construction and installation of thermal power plants. Her responsibilities included: the sourcing, procurement and installation of emission monitoring systems, as well as the day-to-day emission monitoring at the plant site. Afua has an impressive track record of project work at Atheneum, with project focuses on energy efficiency best practices, solar power technologies, water treatment plants, hydroelectric industrial turbines and urbanization initiatives in Africa and Latin America.

Alma D'Ivernois is a Project Manager in the Materials & Natural Resources Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Berlin. Alma has an extensive background in managing research efforts focused on the value-chain structure in markets including steelworks, plastics, copper processing and recycling, specialty chemicals, and food and staples retailing. She has a master’s degree in International Business and Finance from the Ecole de Commerce Européenne in Bordeaux, France, and from HTW Berlin. Alma speaks English, French and German.

Eleonora Ferrari is a Project Manager in the Consumer Goods Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Berlin, which includes project work in consumer durables, luxury goods, automobiles and retail, among others. She has a master’s degree in International Management and Business from the London School of Management, Modena e Reggio Emilia University, Italy, and HTW Berlin. Previously, Eleonora worked in the international marketing and sales departments of companies in the Consumer Discretionary industry, specifically within Luxury Goods and Automobiles. She speaks English, Italian, German and Spanish.

Javier Justiniano is a Project Manager in the Industrials & Transportation Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Santiago. He studied Industrial Engineering and Information Technology at Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the University of California, Berkeley. Before joining Atheneum, Javier worked for LAN Airlines and the Chilean Ministry for the Economy, Development and Tourism. As a ministry advisor on innovation and entrepreneurship, he served as the liaison between high potential entrepreneurs and the Chilean government. In addition, Javier has led the design and development of two software solutions for optimizing company processes and has pursued several business ventures on his own. Javier speaks English and Spanish.

A. Murat Kaya is a Project Manager in the Health Care Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Berlin. He is finishing his PhD in Neurobiology at the Institute of Pathobiochemistry of Johannes Gutenberg University and received his degree in Biology from Julius Maximilians University. Murat formerly worked for Bayer AG and has notable experience in the value-creation chain of pharmaceutical development and regulatory processes. His research work has included: Neurodegenerative Diseases (Alzheimer, Parkinson, ALS), Cellular test systems, Diabetes (clinical and non-clinical treatments), Point-of-care Diagnostics, Orphan Drugs, Military medical equipment and a number of Cancers. Murat speaks English, German and Turkish.

Lisa Kohl is a Project Manager in the Energy & Utilities Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Berlin. She has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations, with a focus on institutions and policies of the European Union, from Aberystwyth University in Wales. She speaks English, German and French and has living experiences in Germany, France, Belgium, the United Kingdom and Canada. She previously worked for Formula Europa Institute, a research and advisory organization in Brussels, where she contributed to the assessment of the financial and regulatory factors surrounding green energy solutions for the South East European Region as part of the Europe 2020 Strategy. Additionally, Lisa was involved in Mencap, the leading UK charity for people with a learning disability and their families.

Solène Wolff is a Project Manager in the Technology, Media and Entertainment Practice Group at Atheneum Partners in Berlin. While at Atheneum, Solene has managed investment research and advisory projects regarding innovation in internet and systems software, data processing, broadcasting networks, and electronic equipment; strategies for advertising, marketing and public relations; and the expansion and structuring of publishing and film enterprises. She has a master’s degree in European Politics from Sciences Po, Paris, and another in Politics and Administration from the College of Europe. She received her undergraduate diploma in European Politics from the Institute of Political Studies in Strasbourg. Solene speaks English, French and German.

Sophia Lambert is the Head of Marketing at Atheneum Partners in Berlin. Prior to joining Atheneum, Sophia worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of State, U.S. Mission to the United Nations, House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs, and in collaboration with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Within each of these roles, Sophia was tasked with representing U.S. federal interests nationally and internationally. Sophia received her bachelor’s degree in Government and History from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She speaks English, Spanish and German.
