International Women’s Day has existed for over one hundred years to raise awareness of women’s rights. In Berlin, March 8th has, from 2019, been recognized as a public holiday. Today, debate and social movements such as #metoo or the women’s quota has given International Women’s Day more attention.
In keeping with this year’s theme of #BalanceForBetter, we take a look at our company. At Atheneum our three-man management team includes Marta Margolis as Chief Business Development Officer. Additionally our female quota stands at 44%. This is topped by the 67% that make up the female share of the Global Operations Leadership team.
